Keep up the activity to keep the weight off, Catherine! I think more than half of the work of a diet and weight loss is keeping up the good habits once you reach your goal.

I just took a nap that felt so good - over the last couple of days there has been so much going on, both in the world and in my work and life that my brain has knotted up. Figuratively, of course. But when you reach that tired point that it says "take a nap NOW" that nap can make such a big difference. I kind of woke about half-way through the time I allotted myself and it's like I could feel issues sorting themselves out. This is the power of a power nap.

Out for a walk with the dogs before it gets dark. The sky cleared this afternoon, so we'll go enjoy it.
