We are starting to get more squashes in our supermarkets in the UK. The only one I have tried so far is the butternut squash which has a lovely buttery flavour I like it a lot. I would be interested to hear of anymore varieties and how to cook them. I have been baking the butternut squash in the oven without anything else just a bit of oil but will try cinnamon next time maybe as a Christmas vegetable sounds delicious.
