Wandering thru Utube and came across Lonnie Donegan singing Rock Island Line. For years I have been trying to figure out who was on the recording my cousin and I (maybe ten years old) played over and over again until we wore it out. Brilliant stuff. What an amazing performer.
One of those moments when I wish I could turn back the years and savor the moment.
Ah well.
