I think somebody could make a good cottage industry out of this, making professional-quality nose flutes. I have to admit that Grover-Trophys have been the only nose flutes I have ever seen. I get about four notes out of them, but not predictably.

But I really think the nose flute is MY instrument. It requires no manual dexterity. Since I have no manual dexterity whatsoever, this must be the instrument I was intended to play. I plan to be a nose flute virtuoso - as soon as I find a proper nose flute.
