John, I ALWAYS want you to do something music wise!!!! It's always a pleasure!!!!!
There is a posibility of having a session or two in either of the decent pubs, The Anchor or The Chequers. I'll have a word with them and see which one would be better. After that, then yes, you running a session for any intersted folkies would be GREAT. The whole idea is that there is a whole variety of music styles and entertainment for people to choose from - LIVE, FREE Rocks acts, LIVE, FREE Acoustic acts, LIVE, FREE folk session, LIVE, FREE Morris Dancing - you get the idea!!!!
Collections at ALL events.
THEN - the pay to see gig with The Blockheads in the evening!!
So, I'll PM you when I have confirmed one of the pubs, then it's up to ALL OF US to fill everything all day and evening!!
