"...the same passion..."    Might not always be such a good idea.   If Sarah runs in 2012, the passion is likely to be on her side.    Obama, like all presidents going for a second term, will have to be running primarily on competence, not passion, and will be judged in large part on the economy--regardless of the fact that presidents have limited leverage over it.    They always take credit or blame for it anyway.
