Andrea, that all sounds wonderful. I am so happy for you that you have the new place and are making such inroads in becoming part of the community and all. You are amazing.

We slept in until 830a. I had the cranberries cooked and cooling in a special dish I use only twice a year just for them. It is a light sort of turquoise green pottery pot with lid which a woman for whom my daughter babysat gave to my dau. years ago and which she gave to me. I love the deep red of the berries against the beautiful colours of the pot.

I made two pumpkin pies, though one will not be touched until Morgan next is over as I will put birthday candles on it for him. Rog put the turkey in earlier, has peeled the potatoes and has them in the pressure cooker which was his mom's. And, he has the cream cheese with chopped green olives and pimento ready to stuff the celery. We've told my brother it will be ready about 2p, but when we did the timer for the pies, it turned the oven off when it was done, which we just noticed, so lost about an hour's worth of cooking time! Might be a bit later than we thought.

Last night I used System restore to an earlier date and whatever was hanging my PC up seems to have been cleared. Phew!

It is bright, sunny, a little windy and very cold here, today. My "boyz" in New England called to say it was cold and cloudy there. They were on their way to their dad's for a few hours while my dau. will be with friends. I cannot believe how grown up they sound. Just 12 last May and their voices have changed. They are both in chorus!
