I make killer homemade ice cream, but it's not for the faint of heart. My recipe calls for 9 egg yolks and a quart of heavy cream. If I can't have the real thing, I'd rather not have it at all.

Unfortunately, I didn't make any at all this summer, because I'm trying to get rid of weight gained, while living in Alaska.
