I can't use Bag Balm either, I'm allergic to something in it and it makes me itch like crazy.

In Fairbanks, where there was no humidity, I used the equivalent of Eucerin Cream, which comes in a big tub and looks like Crisco. I used the equivalent generic made by Kmart or WalMart. It's much, much cheaper, and is the same stuff. It doesn't have fragrance, so no itchies. I used it "full strength" on my feet, elbows, and knees, and mixed it with regular lotion for the rest of me. My skin was so dry that I even, occasionally, used it on my face.

Well, I'm using it again, even in Florida. I cannot stand to have anything on my feet, except another pair of feet, in bed, so it has to fend for itself. But I also put it on my feet, when I'm going to wear socks or whatever.

The boys probably think we're nuts for talking about stuff like this, but they could use a little TLC on their feet, too!
