I went to the hairdresser, this morning, and had her take three inches off, so that all the layers are gone; my hair is one length now, still long and she curled the ends, making it look so pretty.
I also went to the therapist who helped me decide on a good strategy for me to use through the holidays vis a vis certain family members.:-) It was an intense, but productive meeting.
