Fact is, the Republicans (Mr. Boener) will control the House. The Democrats still have a majority in the Senate - although events of the last year have proven that a majority doesn't mean that they can pass anything that they want to, they can still prevent the Republicans in the Senate from going along with Mr. Boener's agenda.
