Most legislation originates in the House or Representatives and that which passes is sent off to the Senate to die a slow death... Or not...

So the Speaker of the House is very powerful and the Speaker controls the House agenda so...

...like it or not we have John "Crybaby" Bonehead getting ready to the be one calling those shots so...
