Busy day, but nice to have both kids under the roof overnight. That doesn't happen very often any more. We had our breakfast, opened gifts, and then watched a couple of movies. Might seem an odd mix, but I had a bluray version of Rocky Horror Picture Show and then we watched Julie and Julia. I think we spent as much time watching to see how they played games to make Meryl Streep look 8 inches taller than she really is as actually following the story.

Moonglow and I went through an old trunk, looking for a hat I was going to give her, but I couldn't find it. We did find a couple of antique sterling pins that she polished and took with her. Considering the price of silver these days, and antiques, she took a fairly high-dollar gift home. And she's welcome to it - I think she'll go ahead and wear them. I may wear a couple of others myself. My great aunt had several pins with her initials, and that would be a nice touch, to honor her memory.

Time for another movie, I think, and puttering around the house. Have a good weekend, all!
