Tonight I opened side-by-side Windows Explorer windows and moved photo files into one location, deleting the dups when they were already in that location. When I run Picasa in my computer I've been aware of photos appearing in several places, but I didn't want to just delete files in Picasa in case I might be getting rid of too many. This is primarily in my work files. I've cleared out a couple of GB of photo clutter that way. This is the kind of work it pays to do now, making it easier to get into the swing of things when the semester starts again in a couple of weeks.
