This wasn't eggsactly what Amos had in mind, especially with a lynch mob of angry chicken farmers outside the jail, so (being the only prisoner) he worked his way up the pecking order and did a jail beak. The cop, however, trailed Amos for years because the break just plain stuck in his craw.
