On the way IN are a set of 3 recliner/sectional pieces to make a Canoodling Department in our LR-- good timing, too, since the remaining circa-2000 fire ins. recliner is about to go. Two of these 3 pieces are drying (we rug-foamed them) out on the porch. The one least in need of repair will come in tonight to air-0dry in the heated LR; the 3 washable cushion covers are in the laundry in a hot-wash. Muy very dirty, but otherwise worth repairing the sproinged springs on 2 of the 3. These were freebies courtesy of the local junk dealer who did not want to bother with the repairs we cold see an easy way to do, tra la! :~)


A huge ole smoked ham and a leg of lamb are roasting away for slice-up & freezer while we putter on long-overdue couples' projects. One will involve (in about 15 minutes) the complete re-organization of family finances and payor, using a system I started to set up a few months ago that we agreed last July might be a good thing.... add Hardi and stir.
