Another thing I mean to use with my datebook this year is a 4 Colour Retractable Refillable Pen. We used them in hospital: day shift wrote in blue or black, I can't remember; evening in green, and overnight in red on the patients' charts. I will use red for appts., green for medical or food notes, and don't know, yet for the others, but it's a lot easier than picking up a different pen for each colour!
