Serious progress was made in this house yesterday. It seems I always slack off when my husband is home for vacation...we are just too busy enjoying one another, relaxing, etc.

So. Yesterday I put away all the remaining Christmas decorations, moved all the baby gear, vacuumed, swept, exchanged old toys for some new ones in the toybox, gathered all paperwork to be gone through and put it in one tub that is sitting by my chair to go through when I have time to just sit for half an hour, dusted, did dishes, found the kitchen table and did 5 loads of laundry. Add baby and stir. :) It was a busy day here yesterday but it felt good to get it done. I think today I'll focus on the bathroom which really is in decent shape but the floor is bugging me. It's been swept and swiffered but I think it needs a good old fashioned scrubbing on my hands and knees. That will wait until the baby is napping.

Speaking of the baby, guess who was standing up at the side of his crib this morning?!?!? All smiles! WOOO HOOOO!!!! So stinkin' cute. :)

Time to get busy!
