Poster identified as Duncan Phillips. Duncan, I couldn't figure out why there was need for a new thread, so I combined the threads and the thread titles. In general, we don't encourage multiple threads on the same subject. If you think a thread title chould be changed, please contact me - don't start a new thread simply to change the thread title.
