Just had a great conversation with Sister Connie. She is a wonderful person...I can see why Karen and Pat love her and Wayne so much. IN the course of our conversation, I was telling her about how much my osteopath's soft tissue manipulation helps my back and we ought to see if there is one there who could work on Pat because it can really help with breathing and back pain. It works on the para-sympathetic something or others, muscles? Anyway, I just know I can always breath more easily after she works on me and my back doesn't hurt as much.

Then, I told Connie my doc also said I should have a hot rock massage, (for real, guys.:-) THAT got Connie and I to laughing at the thought of having a SPA DAY for SPAW. I told her I'd be sharing that vision with you all. She envisioned that one scene in Wizard of Oz when they are at the salon getting all fixed up. I have plenty of other visions, but I think I'll stick with that one!:-)
