Larry Hanks did NOT record this song, but performs it regularly. It is always a very popular request number and great sing-along. By the way, for those of you NOT familiar with the very wonderful OTHER songs of Milwaukee's Larry Penn, he has made several albums of mostly original music, which are thought-provoking, plain-spoken, and with haunting melodies. Penn still performs occasionally, so check various midwest festival rosters. He is also associated with Bruce Phillips and The Rose Tattoo.
