My goodness! I made that suggestion yesterday, figuring I'd toss it out and see who saluted. And come back today and offer to accumulate cash and make the purchase. But this is even better, and thank you Dan, to the rescue again! Is there anything else this computer needs? A percussion pad for sitting on Spaw's lap, or do you suppose he'd blow his own - er - first - anyway, will he destroy the computer without having a barrier? ;)

mp3 players are all over the place these days. My last two or three phones could act like mp3 players. The last dedicated players I bought were for my son and myself, replacing a couple we'd bought 2 years earlier. He managed to wear his out then kill mine when I gave it to him. He wore out the new one in one semester and I didn't give him mine again, having learned my lesson. I offer this story only as a way to suggest that the SansaFuze 8 gig player sounds good, but it doesn't hold up as well as others might. Any suggestions on other players, or perhaps we can make sure to send mp3 files on something like a flash drive and a good set of earphones to use with the computer? Or a Pandora account for his computer? I have heard good things about those, but have never tried it.
