Subject: RE: BS: Welcome 2011: Declutter & Accountability
I have things I could do for work that would be an improvement, those are voluntary but needed, and that's one set of stuff. And I have to finish things that came to an abrupt halt in 2005 - I lost the momentum on finishing tile work when we had the burglary. It took literally a year of work to finally finish the paperwork for that.

I've said publicly that I'm reading this book, and what we're responding to now is just the introduction! I'll read more every day or two, and maybe we can all take things from it to help shift how we do our decluttering in with everything else we're doing. I know what I want my house to eventually look like - and I want my life to be as tidy as my house, as fluid for coming and going. Are there things I can identify now that will help that happen? I'm sure there are.

Stay warm, everyone! July seems a long way off. I am amazed at how good those beautiful flowers make me feel; I'll get a big psychic bang for my $10 at Kroger. :) I'm going to clear clutter from the breakfast table and move a couple of the flowers from the big bouquet to a slim vase on that table (I put the flowers in one of my tall crystal cut-glass pitchers because I didn't have a vase big enough).
