There might be a medical records way that is preferred as to how to do this..chronologically? By specialty? By insurerer? I don't know but it might be worth asking people to research this for you..and even hiring someone with a medical records background to get it in preferred order. And for someone looking for a part-time supplemental income...there sure is a need for this sort of assistance, as well as seeing things are paid, etc. mg
