   I'm pretty sure that's why I keep putting it off, I just don't want to re-live it all. I have plans to start it later tonight. Bit by bit. It just NEEDS to be done. I can do this...I just don't want to. :p

    Today I did some chores, made a pot roast complete with LOADS of carrots (which I love), onions and potatoes. The washing machine and bathroom sink drains have finally thawed out. It's amazing how much laundry piles up in just a few days. It'll take me a day or two to catch up. My husband had he day off so really we've been hanging out mostly and playing with the baby.

    I made Manwich (with lean beef, as much fat was drained and rinsed off as possible) and cauliflower. It went together really well, the vinegar of the Manwich with the bland cauliflower (ok..some garlic).
