which is incorrect; seatbelts, or more properly chairbelts, are provided for riders in wheelchairs.

And speaking of Japanese weirdities, at least when I lived there as a kid (1967-68), the leading nondairy creamer, i.e. the Japanese answer to Coffeemate, was called "Creap"! Luckily I was too young to need it.
