Thanks for the update; it is as I'd feared. My condolences to the family; he was a hell of a guy, and I was happy to have known him. Given that my original post about Charlie was back in 2008, I'm sorry I didn't hear of his whereabouts sooner. It would have been nice to at least send him a letter. Too late now, of course...
