Is 'Coffee Mate' still on sale? It was a ghastly powder which you used instead of cream. In spite of all the cholesterol scares, I still feel that natural cream is far better for you than a powder made up of various chemicals which ones body doesn't recognise. It wouldn't surprise me to learn that Coffee Mate has been quietly withdrawn as it's been proved to be dodgy!
