Having weighed myself yesterday on my own (digital) scales, I have come to the conclusion that either me or the docs need a new set...There was at least 12lbs difference. One woman at my zumba class says she refuses to get on the ones at the surgery!
Mine used to always be very close to the WW scales.

Tidy up session tonight, as the UK based tribe are all (5 of 'em) arriving tomorrow, and then I have Freya for 4 days, while the adult 4 enjoy themselves on the piste in Aviemore.

Toddler wrangling...what grannies are for, I suppose.
