Can't it though, CH? Well, no; not legally. But in the case of my friends, related in 2nd post above, do you think they didn't suddenly discover engine trouble, &, oh dear, no other plane available, & offer next flight [2 days later], which would have been too late for the important family occasion for which they were travelling? Pure coincidence, of course, that that first plane happened not to be fully booked.
