Okay, I'm sure this is a "men" question but seems that over my life time I have seen alot of shoes that were tied together and somehow ended up hanging from electrical wires... So the P-Vine saw here first pair today and asked me about it??? Huh??? I mean, I've been seein' 'um going back forever and just thought it was funny but...

...I didn't have a clue how this got started or what it means (if anything)...

Anyone have any thoughts on this subject???

I mean, is it a southern thang??? Do other folks do this kinda stuff, too??? I mean, it always seems to be mens shoes so I rteckon that womanz ain't into it...
