Went out for a while yesterday (lunch with friends) & stopped at the paperback trade-in store; came away with 8 mystery stories to read. Looks like I'll be inside for a while longer, because we're still in the deep-freeze. But next week is supposed to be better-- into the mid-30sF-- so some of the piles of snow may melt a little.

I've been going thru Old House Journal/Interiors magazines and getting them ready to take to the recycling center. I did rip out a few articles/pictures for my kitchen remodelling planning book.

After reading the last few posts, I realize there are some advantages to being an only child.
