I think I made an illustration of how to do the hyperlinks. I'll poke around my photo files this afternoon. It can serve as a reminder after Bruce's lesson.

Got the dog her exam and rabies shot. I take them to a village shot clinic every May and they offer the usual shots and rabies is extra, for a very affordable price. But the rabies certificate is only dated for 1 year, even though the actual serum is rated for three years. So I went to my regular vet last fall when the pit bull needed her toe looked at and we added the free rabies shot with her heart worm bloodtest and her toe surgery. I hadn't taken the other dog yet, but I figured I'd be proactive in this. She got her exam, etc today, and both dogs now have certificates that show the shots are good 3 years. I need to take the shot records down to get the village dog licenses.

There's another thing to report; I've speculated about in these threads, and I did one last "sugar" test over the weekend. I picked up a gourmet package of some toffee (like Heath bars on steroids) that I had here when my guest was visiting. Eat those over a couple of days and the skin and cracked skin really flares up. I think I can conclude the research and simply make a point of avoiding concentrated sugar when possible.

Kat, glad to see you're back home and losing the retained water. That is such a slow and clunky feeling. And good for you that your friend will come in to clean. You'll feel so much better about the place, and you'll also feel good that you're providing employment for the friend.

Susan, facebook is interesting, but it can be a toxic place also. Several Mudcatters have had problems with false identities set up by others that make them look like utter fools. The problematic sport of some malcontents.
