Don't know where it fits in, but I remember a line or two that we used to sing as kids, (about 60 years ago so it must be right).

Well you could tell that he was dead,
by the bullet holes in his head,
and his eyeballs were dragging in the dust
Chorus.
Poor Willie,... Poor Willie.
And he'd never died so suddenly before.
