Andrea, I bought a new scale right after a doctor's visit a couple of years ago. I was weighed at the office with my shoes and jacket off but in my street clothes, so I headed over to Walmart and, with my shoes and jacket off, stood on various scales in the store until I found one that agreed with the doctor's scale.

I have a photocopier here that came from my father's house. I used it when I did his estate and probably ran four reams of paper through it in the couple of years it took for that. It is a work horse, but it is starting to skip a cog when the cover moves. I can sell this on eBay as an item to "repair or use for parts." And it has a cartridge, which is expensive.

I think moving this large item out of the house would be a good start on spring eBay decluttering. Must find a box that will fit, and find a few things to place inside to keep it from jostling. I used to have the box, maybe it is in the garage attic. I'll probably have to use my bathroom scale to weigh this. :-/
