An hour and a half fer an oil change on accounta they didn't have the right oil filter in stock? Jaysus! Good thing they ain't a pit crew in NASCAR! Even Carquest which you can see from the garage didn't have one. Had to send a mechanic to the dealership to get one. So, I missed a teleconference with an important client.
