Thread Name: BS: Youtube and decency
Subject: RE: BS: Youtube and decency
////I have no idea on how one would go about teaching anyone anything on a virtual reality facility. A slanging match would hurt or punish nobody and would only sour own spirit. Why not just delete or block anything you find upsetting?////

Ok, I'm going to explain this again because you're obviously not reading all my posts on this thread--so read this one:

You can't stop people from acting like assholes on youtube. I DO block them and I filter my comments. What angers me is that most people do not police their pages. Some of the worst crap I've ever read is allowed to stand and it encourages these people to continue to act this way. What I am saying is that they cannot act that way o my threads and I want other posters to follow suit. POLICE YOUR THREADS and encourage other posters to police theirs.

There's no reason a 12-year-old girl posting herself singing a song should be called a "stupid little cunt" by someone no matter what the reason is but there's even less reason that this remark should be allowed to stay up. You can't stop this reject from making such a comment but the poster of the clip can remove and block the guy who said it.

When these people find fewer and fewer threads to post their shit on, they will be forced to reconsider their position. As it stands, youtube is a haven for anonymous cowards to post crap but who don't have the sand to post themselves singing or performing their own songs.
