I'm sure Liverpool Central Library did have some bound copies not long ago in their music section, but as the library is currently closed for a major refurbishment I can't check this out. I have found in the past that the catalogues at Liverpool were a bit unreliable in that I could find items on the shelves which didn't seem to appear in the catalogue under the obvious headings.

I think Wallasey Library in Earlston Road may have some old copies too; but Beryl Davis, who used to edit the magazine, could probably help with any specific inqiries.

Copies do turn up on eBay from time to time as well.
