Jac... I have discussed it at length in other threads. Biggest thing is to eat at least every two hours, mostly fruit, veggies and fish (ya gotta have sommat with the fruit... I prefer a couple of spoonfuls of cottage cheese... it keeps the sugar spike down). After 6PM, wait until soon-to-bed and it's whole wheat toast with peanut butter and water. Keep that up for a few days and your appetite will lessen and so will the intake.
