SINS... that's part of the diet. THIS week only. Pick your night.. Saturday? You get TWO bags of the lightly salted chips and TWO dips (I don't get the dip... I gave up salt as it really helps put on weight and dip is FULL of salt). You eat only veggies (NO salt, NO butter) and fruit all day. I am talking green beans, wax beans, Del Monte French Style Green Beeans, coleslaw/salad with a wee bit of dressing, with only water, whatever. I am talking fruit salad in light syrup with the syrup drained... you get the idea. Then... you get the remote and inhale as much chips and dip as you can.

In the morning, back on the diet. But it's once a week.

As some of you may know, I had an incident with coleslaw (there's a thread) but I swear cabbage is a weight dropper... in moderation.
