I don't go to Parlee or any of the other beaches. I go to my buddy's place wich is the last cottage on the shore to the west. There is a wooden ramp to the beach about 6m from his lot. At the edge of the lawn is a patio table with umbrella. Also, on the table are binoculars for watching, ahhh, the blue herons and other birds.

At low tide, you can walk out a km. It's beautiful... in summer. He lives there year round. Scarey stuff when the ice takes your car and deposits it up the street. Nice that he gets the insurance money but that doesn't help much when it's the house. Hasn't happened yet but?
