AIDS is a WORLDWIDE health issue. Answer these questions. (I could. But I want YOU to have the fun of doing the research.)

How much of the total world population are the US & UK combined?
How many AIDS cases were there last year in the WHOLE world?
What percentage of them happened ONLY in the UK/US?
How can you define promiscuity, much less actually measure it?
We will wipe out AIDS by: a) educating the world about safe sex, researching better treatments; or b) ranting about the "evils" of homosexuality and ignoring the facts.

Promiscuity in Africa? Oh, like when millions of women are raped by infected crazy men, or when their male partners don't know or don't care to tell them that they themselves have AIDS. You mean THAT promiscuity?
