There is more education, money and "tolerance" being aimed at the homosexual community than there has ever been, yet infection rates keep rising steadily....please explain?

Promiscuity figures are available from CDC.....numbers of sexual partners ect. Homosexuals in general, have a much larger number of sexual partners...monogamous homosexual unions last a fraction of the time of hetro unions....in general terms.
Average duration of homosexual monogamous union/marriage 1.5yrs.
