Is that Max's film? I was reading about it today on his About.me page (I'm thinking about setting one up, if Max finds it was helpful).

Mike, funerals are entities to themselves. You'll be processing the information and will sort out your brother from the ceremony in the coming months and years. And, as the Internet is saying these days, it gets better. Easier, at any rate.

I have two Bette/ys in my life these days, and they both have had computer problems this week. I spent several hours next door before pronouncing her 2002 Dell almost-dead; it clearly has computer Alzheimer's. The mother board or the hard drive - and neither is worth the trouble. Either the expense of a mother board or the trouble of reistalling antique software on a new hard drive. I'll go with her Friday to look at new computers (I am recommending that she get an HP all-in-one this time. It doesn't have the bulk of the desktop but it is a lot faster than the laptop and she isn't interested in taking it anywhere). My other Bette is long distance, near Tucson, and she was on the floor unplugging the data plug from her old desktop in order to plug it into and then restart her laptop. All of this time she's been playing solitaire on her laptop because she didn't know how to plug it in. [knocks forehead on desk] She's 77, she needed some help. I wish I'd called weeks earlier.
