Thematically it is then a sermon, the good news that now it IS safe to sing (in our "fre"e country for example), and a rallying song for singing when it is NOT safe to do so (as Black folk experience all too often).

Our Bishop's visit will coincide with the right time of year to do it, and he rocks with us (harmonica).

I figured out how to afford my 'harp. That puts me onb the road for anti-racism singing, with this song doable with or without harp.
