There are lots very similar to the version that my Grandad used to sing to me. I am going off memory though and i was a little girl at the time so I may have some words wrong ;)

There was a funny man and he lived in Japan

His feet were long and his toes were short,
And this funny man couldn't walk nor talk.

China-Racka, Chicka-Racka, Bommy-didi-ora,
Bommy-didi-ora, widdi-widdi-wang.
Oka-boka-stick it up your boka(?)
