Margaret, I think Hearme is out because there is no phone connection in the Institute. We are planning to record the highlights on CD for posterity, and I'm borrowing my sister's camcorder so we can send a video to Max for the radio.
It would appear that the accommodation is now full. If you need somewhere to sleep when you get here, please contact me, because some B&B places are miles from anywhere. I have a list of people who can offer accommodation.
