The estate sale items were half-price today, and I picked up the tile cutter, a lovely French brass trivet with swivel wheels, and the real coup was the storage box (a large plastic one, maybe 14" tall and 24" long) that was full of dyed ostrich feathers. Got it for $2.50 after calling Moonglow to ask if she could use them. She has a hat-making class this semester, so there is a good chance. When I got home, I looked more at the contents - many of them are still in plastic wrappers from the craft store and were originally $10 to $15 for each small bundle. This is a great find for someone in a costume design course.

Did laundry, and other shopping today. I ate some chocolates yesterday and my hands that were a bit dry are now cracked - not sure if it is chocolate or sugar, but one of the two gets me. I have work to do around the house but I'll wear gloves to spare my hands the contact.

Last week was hectic, this week coming up is a little less structured. Good - I still have plenty to do, but I don't need to be out driving around all week to do it.
