Yeah, my brother had me listen to it as I was getting into folk music at the time. Little did I realise Tony would become such a good mate, helping me get into radio (for what good it did but I digress...)

You always knew who was appearing at The Boundary Inn in Worksop because Tony's in laws lived near and he could enjoy a good night, have a few and not have to drive home. A bit of a bugger but still miss the old sod.

Later, Folk on 2 became the BBC national dish for folk with Jim lloyd, transmogrifying (there's a word) into Mike Harding's weekly show now.
