It's so nice to have someone to talk to while out walking the dogs. Good for me, and good for them. And good for the neighbor (Susie) who has only been here a couple of months. I decided this evening instead of leaving Poppy home to walk them a bit first so they wouldn't be fresh out of the yard excited when they saw Zeke. Turns out they live in a house with a paint job (on top, over the bricks) similar to ours. Easy to spot it on the block from her description.

We won't manage a walk every day, but if I can get Poppy acclimated to Zeke, then I think she'll settle down around other dogs also. She was much better tonight than last night, though she did vocalize a bit when they first came out of their door. Cinnamon just wagged her entire body at him. :)
